Tug boats refloated a ship that briefly ran aground in Egypt’s Suez Canal late on Wednesday, a supply from the Suez Canal Authority (SCA) and state TV reported.
The vessel had been blocking the southern part of the canal, two navigational sources stated, however the SCA supply stated shortly afterwards that visitors had returned to regular.
There was no instant assertion in regards to the incident from the SCA.
In line with ship monitoring service TankerTrackers, the Aframax tanker Affinity V appeared to have misplaced management within the Suez Canal whereas heading southbound.
