The right way to Make Snake Gourd Poriyal Recipe
- Warmth oil in a kadai. Add in all of the seasoning substances and let it crackle for a min.
- Add in onions and saute for a min until it turns translucent.
- Add in chopped snake gourd and saute for a few minutes.
- Add in salt and sambar powder and saute properly.
