Flooding tragedy hits Murcia | Costa Information


One individual was killed and a ‘multitude’ of residents needed to be rescued from their properties as a torrential downpour ‘utterly flooded’ properties in Javalí Viejo – a village on the outskirts of Murcia metropolis, based on the provincial fireplace brigade.

The deluge occurred within the early of hours of this morning, with the individual’s physique being situated 300 metres from their dwelling.

It seems that the flood water punched a gap within the wall of their home and so they had been ‘washed away’ by the torrent.

The drive of the water dragged vehicles and furnishings alongside the streets.
