Almuñécar shall be holding the V Triatlón Cross Sexitano Nº387 at first of subsequent month within the Taramay Parque El Pozuelo-Pepe Matíasse.
The occasion shall be on the third, beginning at 17.00h and the winners will qualify for the Copa Andalucía de Triatlón Cross. The occasion is organised by the Membership Nazarí de Almuñécar and could have the backing of the Mancomunidad Costa Tropical and the Federación Andaluza de Triatlón, and sponsored by native companies.
The race will embody a swimming leg of 1,000 metros, setting off from Playa El Tesorillo with rivals making their approach across the level to Playa El Pozuelo. Then there’s a cycle leg (BTT) masking a route of twenty-two kilometres, setting out from Tarmay and heading for Ítrabo, which has an ascent of some 800 metres.
The ultimate leg shall be a 6km-running race across the Parque Mediterráneo, which lies between Urbanización La Galera and Playa Cabria.
Classes embody: Junior, Sub23, Absoluta, Veteranos 1,2 & 3 and Native, all with female and male sub classes.
