Andhra Type Inexperienced Chilli Hen Recipe by Archana’s Kitchen


  • To start making the Andhra Type Inexperienced Chilli Hen recipe, wash hen and pressure the water properly.

  • Combine hen with curd, ginger garlic paste, inexperienced chilli paste, turmeric, salt and marinade in fridge for not less than an hour. 

  • In the meantime put together the inexperienced masala by grinding coriander leaves, curry leaves and cumin seeds to make a fantastic paste. Put aside.

  • Warmth oil or ghee in a non stick pan and add curry leaves, chopped onions and inexperienced chilies. Saute until the onion is translucent. 

  • Now add soy sauce and 2-3 tablespoon of inexperienced masala ready. Combine properly.

  • Add the marinaded hen and fry with the inexperienced masala combine until the moisture evaporates and the hen is tender and properly cooked. 

  • Season with salt as wanted and add some extra recent chopped inexperienced coriander on high. Flip off the warmth and serve sizzling. 

  • Serve Andhra Type Inexperienced Chilli Hen with Thakkali Rasam Recipeand Steamed Rice for a weekday dinner.
