I wished to make this for a really very long time. Lastly i did it few days again and it was delish. Get pleasure from it with some pita bread or pita chips and you might be in heaven. The smoky style of the eggplant was good on this together with the nutty gentle flavour of tahini and the zing of little lemon and garlic. Yum.
