Beetroot & Radish Poriyal

Components for Beetroot & Radish Poriyal

  • Beetroot – 1 peeled and chopped into small items
  • White Radish / Mullangi – 1 peeled and chopped into small items
  • Coconut Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds / Kaduku – 1 tsp
  • Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu – 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves – 1 sprig
  • Salt to style
  • Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
  • Recent Coconut – ½ cup grated

 

 

Methods to make Beetroot & Radish Poriyal

  1. Warmth oil in a kadai. Add in mustard seeds and urad dal. Allow them to splatter. Add in curry leaves and blend nicely.
  2. Add in chopped veggies and a few salt. Combine nicely until uncooked scent leaves away.
  3. Cowl and prepare dinner on a really low warmth until the veggies are cooked.
  4. Add in chilli powder and blend nicely.
  5. Add in coconut and toss on excessive warmth for couple of minutes.
  6. Serve.
