Components for Beetroot & Radish Poriyal
- Beetroot – 1 peeled and chopped into small items
- White Radish / Mullangi – 1 peeled and chopped into small items
- Coconut Oil – 2 tbsp
- Mustard Seeds / Kaduku – 1 tsp
- Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu – 1 tsp
- Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- Salt to style
- Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
- Recent Coconut – ½ cup grated
Methods to make Beetroot & Radish Poriyal
- Warmth oil in a kadai. Add in mustard seeds and urad dal. Allow them to splatter. Add in curry leaves and blend nicely.
- Add in chopped veggies and a few salt. Combine nicely until uncooked scent leaves away.
- Cowl and prepare dinner on a really low warmth until the veggies are cooked.
- Add in chilli powder and blend nicely.
- Add in coconut and toss on excessive warmth for couple of minutes.
- Serve.
