Breakfast of UW champions United Manner units $575,000 purpose; Bawcums get management award | Information



The United Manner of Lamar County kicked off its 2023 marketing campaign with a purpose of $575,000 at a Wednesday breakfast that celebrated present 12 months achievements and honored the Bawcum household as Lifetime Group Service Management honorees and Thelma Daingerfield because the associate company Volunteer of the 12 months.

“It’s apparent to anybody who is aware of this household that philanthropy and neighborhood service are integral to their household custom,” United Manner Government Director Jenny Wilson stated of the members of the late Jerry Bawcum household, former house owners of the native Toyota dealership. “A number of family members have served on the boards of a number of of our associate companies and so they’ve been concerned within the hospital and on the St. Joseph Group Basis, and different neighborhood organizations.”
