WELSH singer Katherine Jenkins OBE has been chosen to report the brand new nationwide anthem, God Save the King.
Katherine Jenkins, the Welsh opera singer given an OBE by the Queen, has been chosen to report the primary official model of the brand new nationwide anthem, God Save the King.
In line with the 42-year-old, she was contacted by BBC Radio 4 to report the anthem.
Her new model of the track was featured on the World at One programme on Friday, September 9.
She stated: “I’ve solely the fondest reminiscences singing the nationwide anthem for Her Majesty The Queen, reminiscences I’ll at all times cherish.

Following the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, Katherine took to Instagram supply her condolences to the brand new King.
