A Brighton, Ont., resident plans to journey after successful $50,000 on a lottery ticket.
In line with the OLG, Shawn Morgan, 58, received the second prize within the July 27 draw for Ontario 49.
His successful ticket was bought at Major St. Selection in Brighton, however says he checked the OLG’s app to study of his win.
“I used to be at house watching TV with my spouse when it dawned on me that I had some tickets to examine,” he mentioned. “I used the OLG App on my cellphone and noticed the ‘Huge Winner’ display. I believed I used to be seeing issues.
“My spouse’s jaw dropped! We instructed our children, and they’re so completely satisfied for us.”
The automotive business employee says he has been enjoying the lottery for a decade. He plans to share the win together with his household and have a visit together with his spouse.
“That is so superior – I celebrated that night time. We had a lot enjoyable,” he mentioned. “We wish to go to Maine within the autumn and you’ll want to go someplace heat this winter. The remainder can be put within the financial institution.”
Ontario 49 is $1 per play and the attracts happen each Wednesday and Saturday.
