This was (kind of) the case of a Belgian automobile that was intercepted at Motril Port because the ‘new proprietor’ was attempting to get it embarked for Nador in Morocco.

The Nissan Qashqai had disappeared in Belgium due to a 29-year-old, Belgian nationwide of Moroccan origin who’s charged with receiving stolen items and doc forgery.

The arrested girl was passing via customs management previous to embarking on the ferry, Volcán de Timanfaya. The Guardia Civil, suspicious of shiny new vehicles being pushed by folks jittery folks, determined to take a look at the chassis and engine, serial numbers on their computer systems and found that it belonged to a Belgian car-rental firm, which had been reported as stolen.

The officers then inspected the automobile’s paperwork and lo…it was utterly Micky Mouse. The automobile was confiscated and the lady held in police custody pending showing earlier than a Justice of the Peace.
