Corn Pulao Recipe by Archana’s Kitchen


  • To start making the Corn Pulao Recipe, take rice cooker or sauce pan, add rice and water.

  • Then, add 1 tablespoon ghee, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, peppercorn, salt and boil until the rice is cooked totally. Drain if there’s any extra water remaining after boiling. Preserve the rice apart.

  • Warmth oil in a heavy bottomed pan. Add cumin seeds to the oil and when cumin seeds begin to splutter, add the onion and saute it until it turns golden brown. 

  • Now, add ginger-garlic paste, boiled corn, child corn and salt. Let it prepare dinner for two minutes.

  • Now, add the dry spices, begin with cumin seeds powder, coriander powder, purple chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder. Let it prepare dinner for about 2 minutes.

  • Combine it nicely and add tomato puree, prepare dinner it for an additional 2-3 minutes then add cream and switch off the flame.

  • Take a baking dish, layer the greens first after which the rice. Sprinkle one tablespoon ghee on prime and recent coriander.

  • Cowl it with aluminium foil and hold it in a preheated oven at 180 diploma for about 10 minutes. As soon as achieved, take it out and it is able to be served.

  • The Corn Pulao will be served with Paneer Butter MasalaButter Naan and Lauki Raita to make an entire dinner meal. It’s also a handy dish to arrange when you’ve plenty of friends at dwelling.
