EDMONTON – Alberta Premier Jason Kenney says based mostly on first-quarter projections for the present fiscal 12 months that the province is on observe for a $13.2-billion price range surplus.
He says in a video posted on Twitter that the excess is due largely to hovering commodity costs and royalty income.
