SEVEN fireplace engines had been scrambled on Monday after a fireplace broke out onboard a ferry docked on the port of Valencia.
Preliminary studies say the fireplace began in a cabin on the second deck of the ‘Ciudad Alcudia’, operated by Grimaldi Strains.
The vessel primarily offers a ferry service between Mallorca and Valencia however seems to have had no passengers on board on the time of the incident
