  • To start making the Focaccia Bread with Candy Onion and Capers, take lukewarm milk, add sugar and yeast, combine it with the assistance of spoon and hold it apart for 10 minutes until it froths.

  • In the meantime take all-purpose flour in a big vessel and add salt and a couple of tablespoons of olive oil.

  • Now make a properly in between of the flour and pour the milk with yeast and sugar.

  • Knead the dough with arms (if the dough wants further water u can add it). Make a delicate dough.

  • Now sprinkle flour on a flat floor and make the dough delicate by kneading with arms for about 10 minutes.

  • Take a flat baking greased tray and put the dough over it. Make the dough even on all sides by tapping along with your arms. I took 4 *4 inches baking tray.

  • Now cowl it with a fabric and place it on a heat place until the dough rises. I positioned the dough within the oven.

  • Till the dough rises, begin getting ready the topping. Take 2 tablespoon olive oil in a saucepan and add onions and a teaspoon of sugar and caramelize for 10 minutes. Change it off and hold it apart.

  • Preheat Oven to 200 levels Celsius.

  • After 2 hours you’ll be able to see the dough has risen so properly. Knock it off and add salt and knead properly.

  • Place the dough on a greased baking sheet, then place the bread and flatten it. Sprinkle the caramelized onions and add the capers. Sprinkle some dried herbs.

  • Bake it within the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until u see a pleasant brown colour on the highest.
