FOREST FIRE IN SPAIN’S GRANADA BURNS OUT OF CONTROL FOR SECOND DAY


The forest hearth that began yesterday in Los Guajares, close to Granada, continues to be labeled as “lively” tonight. Over 2,000 hectares of land have been destroyed, and a pall of smoke and ash has remained over elements of La Alpujarra, signalling the extent of the harm.
