Halifax District RCMP’s Main Crime Unit are investigating a murder following the invention of a deceased man on the aspect of a highway on the finish of a driveway.

In a launch, police mentioned they responded to a report of a suspicious dying on Brian Road in East Preston, N.S., at about 2 a.m. on Sunday.

The RCMP mentioned it’s investigating the dying as a murder.

“At the moment, we imagine the incident was focused in nature,” police mentioned.

“There isn’t any danger to the general public.”

The investigation is being led by the Halifax District RCMP Main Crime Unit with help from the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner’s Workplace, Northeast Nova RCMP Main Crime Unit, RCMP Forensic Identification Providers, RCMP police canine providers and the Halifax District RCMP.
