The Bombay Excessive Courtroom has rejected the bail utility of a 21-year-old for indulging in unnatural sexual acts with two minor boys.

Justice Bharati Dangre lately rejected the bail plea of Nilchand Naik observing “Prima facie, the fabric being compiled within the cost sheet in opposition to the applicant, he doesn’t deserve any sympathy and his utility is rejected.”

As per the cost sheet, Naik subjected minor boys- aged 9 years and 11 years – to unnatural acts. When inquired, the boys stated Naik had indulged in “objectionable acts” with them three to 4 instances, which attracts an offence underneath Part 377 of the IPC.

Naik’s advocate argued that he himself is 21 years outdated and has remained incarcerated and even the medical doesn’t help the prosecution case.
