Thane: Within the early hours of September 17, 5 bike borne males fired at labour contractor Ganesh Kokate whereas he was travelling in his automotive. The incident occurred at Ghodbunder highway space in Thane district.
Chitalsar police station Senior Police Inspector Sulabha Patil mentioned, “Two history-sheeters named Nikhil Yadav and Ganesh Indulkar, together with three unidentified individuals, opened fireplace at at Ganesh at round 3:45am. Nobody was injured within the firing.”
Patil additional added, “Kokate didn’t maintain any accidents from the pictures that have been fired at point-blank vary. The 5 accused then fled the scene of crime.
“The firing occurred due to some outdated dispute between the 2 events. Yadav and Indulkar, together with their three associates, had a battle with Ganesh over contract of Mathadi employees. We have now registered case in opposition to all 5 males and a probe has been initiated. As of now no arrests have been made however all of the accused will likely be arrested quickly.”
