Rae Bareli: Rae Bareli Police have arrested a person for burning the tricolour and importing a video of the act on social media.
The accused, Narendra Saini, 27, was arrested from Shivgarh. He has been charged with insulting the nationwide flag and is booked below Part 7 of the Legal Regulation Modification Act.
Circle officer of Maharajganj, Ram Kishore Singh, stated that preliminary questioning revealed that the youth was annoyed as he was not capable of safe a job and was not doing properly in research both.
He additionally had a struggle along with his mother and father about three months in the past after which he left his home and was staying along with his maternal grandparents.
“No legal file of the accused or any of his member of the family has been discovered. He owes no allegiance to the ideology of any political outfit,” he stated.
Within the wee hours of September 16, the accused uploaded the objectionable video of burning the tricolour which additionally has a temple within the backdrop.
“A crew was fashioned which first reached the residence of the accused and located that he was at his grandparents’ place,” stated SHO, Rakesh Chandra.
Later, on Saturday night, he was arrested from Jagdishpur village in Shivgarh space.
