A 24-year-old man was electrocuted whereas crusing on the Ria del Eo on the border between Galicia and Asturias on Sunday, when his boat collided with an influence cable.
The person died and two different passengers on board suffered minor accidents after the mast of the crusing yacht struck an overhead cable.
A ship that was crusing close by contacted the emergency companies and two medical doctors and a lifeguard went to the rescue of the three males.
