The AFP are set to allege Buddle was concerned in a transnational legal syndicate working out of Hong Kong and Turkey.
Police will allege Buddle was utilizing the encrypted app ANOM to co-ordinate the cargo of cocaine from Hong Kong to Melbourne through Sydney.
Ryan mentioned he believed extra arrests would come following the arrest of Buddle.
