Dr. Brian Nadler, 35, of Dollard-Des-Ormeaux, Quebec, was arrested Wednesday, the OPP stated.

The brand new costs are linked to the deaths of Claire Briere, 80, of Rigaud, Quebec, Lorraine Lalande, 79, of Hawkesbury, and Judith Lungulescu, 93, of East Hawkesbury Township, police stated.

Hawkesbury OPP officers had been referred to as to the hospital on March 25, 2021 after an 89-year-old affected person was pronounced useless. An investigation pointed to a number of different deaths on the hospital, police stated.

Nadler was charged with first-degree homicide within the dying of 89-year-old Albert Poidinger of Pointe-Claire, Quebec. He was launched on a $10,000 recognizance in July 2021.

The Hawkesbury detachment’s crime unit is constant to research below the route of the power’s legal investigation department, the OPP stated Wednesday.
