The non-public data of 10,000 Optus prospects have been launched in a single day as hackers ratchet up an extortion try, in response to stories.
In a publish shared extensively on social media, apparently authored by one of many hackers, the extortionist warns that 10,000 data might be launched every day over 4 days except Optus pays $US1 million ($1.55 million).
