Tanto è bastato per fare scattare la richiesta di arresto e l’ordinanza del gip del Tribunale di Patti a firma del Procuratore Angelo Vittorio Cavallo e della pm Alice Parialò. Il bambino, nei giorni scorsi, è stato ascoltato, in un luogo protetto e alla presenza di una psicologa, dalla pm. Ma la prova principe resta quella registrazione partita, forse inavvertitamente, che ha raccolto in diretta l’abuso sessuale della madre nei confronti del piccolo di sette anni. “Il contenuto della conversazione dimostra la piena consapevolezza, in capo all’indagata, della gravità delle proprie condotte, ciò che – in uno al tenore delle chat a sfondo sessuale intrattenute con svariati uomini – consente di ritenere, allo stato e salvo eventuale approfondimento nel corso del procedimento, la piena capacità della donna di comprendere compiutamente il disvalore delle proprie azioni e le possibili conseguenze sotto il profilo latamente punitivo”, scrive il gip nella misura cautelare.

La donna è finita agli arresti perché, come spiega il gip di Patti, “sussistono infatti, per le specifiche modalità e circostanze del fatto, nonché per la personalità dell’indagata, concrete, attuali ed inderogabili esigenze con riferimento al concreto pericolo che la stessa, se non cautelativamente ristretta, possa commettere altri gravi delitti della stessa specie di quello per cui si procede: basti all’uopo considerare l’inaudita gravità della condotta, peraltro reiterata per quanto detto, di una madre la quale, anziché proteggere ed educare la prole in tenera età (per di più costretta a vivere in un ambiente fortemente degradato anche sotto il profilo igienico-sanitario), ne diventa la “carnefice”, sottoponendo il piccolo di appena sette anni advert azioni capaci di minarne il corretto sviluppo psico-sessuale, tanto più in un soggetto già di per sé portatore di un certo grado di disagio psico-motorio”.
