  • Paneer / Cottage Cheese-1 packet cubed
  • Onion-1 giant chopped finely
  • Capsicum / Bell Pepper-1 cubed
  • Tomato-4 chopped finely
  • Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tblspn
  • Cumin seeds / Jeerakam-1 tsp
  • Chilli Powder-1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi-1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder / Malli Podi-1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder / Jeera Powder-1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder-1 tsp
  • Oil-3 tblspn
  • Cream or Milk- ½ cup / 120 ml
  • Salt to style

How you can Make Paneer Karahi

  1. Warmth oil in a kadai or pan. Add in cumin seeds and let it crackle.
  2. Now add in onion cook dinner until golden. Now add in ginger garlic paste and blend nicely.
  3. Add in tomatoes and blend nicely. Season with salt. Cowl the pan and simmer for 10 minutes till oil separates and the tomatoes flip mushy. Now add in all spice powders and blend nicely.
  4. Add capsicum and paneer and blend nicely. Pour some water and simmer for five minutes. Pour in cream and blend nicely. Simmer it for a min and swap off the flame.
  5. Serve with roti or any factor.
