Spain’s efforts to save lots of electrical energy have been praised by European Fee (EC) president Ursula von der Leyen, with the measures launched final week lowering demand within the nation.
Mrs von der Leyen acknowledged on Wednesday: “Throughout the EU sensible methods to save lots of power are being launched.
“Barely increased temperatures for air-con, for instance, carry spectacular outcomes.”
Minister for the ecological transition, Teresa Ribera defined on Wednesday that demand for electrical energy in Spain has fallen by 3.7% within the final week.
