The video purportedly confirmed Vinod Argile, a neighborhood office-bearer of the MNS, and two others slapping and pushing the middle-aged girl.
After the video circulated on social media, a First Info Report (FIR) was registered below IPC sections 323 (assault), 506 (felony intimidation) and 509 (act aspiring to outrage modesty of girl) at Nagpada police station.
Vinod Argile, Raju Argile and Satish Lad had been detained however no arrest has been made but as probe is underway, the official mentioned.
