($411).

The procurement costs for cotton elevated for the second time
this yr. The businesses determined to extend procurement costs for
merchandise by 50 manat per ton ($29) in January 2022. Thus, cotton
farmers, this yr will promote each ton of grown merchandise for 100
manat ($58) costlier than final yr.

Cotton manufacturing is supported by the state. Beginning this yr,
a subsidy of 170 manat ($100) will likely be paid to farmers for each ton
of cotton delivered to produce factors.

In Azerbaijan, cotton has been sown on an space of greater than
100,000 hectares this yr. The cotton harvest will start subsequent
