Qantas asks senior executives to work as baggage handlers


Senior executives at Qantas may commerce their high-profile positions to work as floor handlers as a part of a plan to fight labour shortages.

The embattled airline’s chief working officer Colin Hughes instructed employees in an inner memo they’re looking for expressions of curiosity for a contingency program over a three-month interval.
