Rooster, Mushroom and Broccoli Au Gratin is a twist to the traditional Potato Au Gratin which is a  French dish. Rooster, Mushrooms and Broccoli are stir fried in herbed butter after which layered in a baking dish with white creamy sauce. It’s then topped with bread crumbs and cheese after which baked till you get a pleasant brown layer on the prime.
