Russia pronounces second suspect in car-bomb killing

Russia’s safety company stated Monday it had recognized a second Ukrainian it alleged was concerned within the killing of the daughter of a Russian nationalist ideologue and shut ally of president Vladimir Putin, AP reported. Russia’s Federal Safety Service (FSB), stated that Ukrainian nationwide Bogdan Tsyganenko helped within the killing of Darya Dugina, the daughter of Alexander Dugin. The FSB claimed that Tsyganenko helped the principle suspect, Natalya Vovk.
