Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Deputy International Minister Igor Morgulov as the brand new Ambassador to China in a brand new decree, printed on the official Russian authorized data web site, on Tuesday, September 13.
Vladimir Putin, the Russian President’s decree appointing the brand new Ambassador to China, acknowledged:
“[I hereby] appoint Igor Vladimirovich Morgulov as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Individuals’s Republic of China.”
One other presidential decree relieved Andrey Denisov of the position of Ambassador to China.
Denisov labored as Russia’s Ambassador to China since April 2013.
