  • Basmati Rice – 1 cup ( I used regular cooking rice )
  • Soya Chunks – 1 cup cooked (Refer Right here for Recipe)
  • Onions – 1 giant sliced thinly

  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1.5 tbsp
  • Garam Masala Powder – 1 tbsp

  • Ghee – 1 tbsp 
Complete Spices:
  • Cinnamon / Pattai – 4 cm stick
  • Fennel Seeds / Sombu / Saunf – 2 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam – 1 tsp ( I used Shahi Jeera)
  • Cloves / Krambu – 4 piece
  • Star Anise / Natchathira Sombu – 1
  • Kal Paasi / Black Stone Flower – 2 piece 

The right way to make Soya Chunks Pulao

  1. Wash and Soak Basmati Rice for 30 minutes. Prepare dinner Soya Chunks as per this route and put aside.
  2. Warmth Oil and Ghee in a stress cooker.
  3. Add in all complete spices and allow them to sizzle for a min. Add in sliced onions and inexperienced chillies. Sprinkle some salt and cook dinner the onions until it turns golden.
  4. Now add in ginger and garlic paste and saute for a min.
  5. Add in peas, garam masala powder and soya chunks. Toss properly.
  6. Add in soaked rice and blend properly within the masala.
