Award-winning Iranian-Australian thinker Omid Tofighian has hit the college with a Federal Court docket lawsuit over alleged human rights breaches.
He claims affiliate professor Maurice Peat made the allegedly racist remarks whereas Dr Tofighian was making use of to turn into affiliate lecturer within the college’s Nationwide Centre of Cultural Competence.
