Vada Pav

- 1 cup Besan
- ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 pinch Baking soda
- Salt as wanted
- Water as wanted
For Batata Vada (Stuffing) –
- 2 no. Potato (boiled and smashed)
- 2-3 no. Inexperienced chili (crushed)
- 5-6 no. Garlic clove (crushed)
- 2 tbsp Peanut (fried)
- ½ tsp Mustard seed
- ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 sprig Curry leaf
- Salt as wanted
- 1 tsp Oil
For Batata Vada (Frying) –
Others –
- 6 no. Pav bun
- Inexperienced chutney as wanted
- Tamarind chutney as wanted
- Peanut garlic chutney as wanted
- Inexperienced chili (fried) few
For Batata Vada –

Add mustard seeds and permit to splutter.

Take one pav bun first and slit in half horizontally (leaving one edge joined).
