  • Coriander leaves – 1 cup
  • Coconut – ½ cup grated
For Salna:
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves – a handful
  • Carrots – 1 medium measurement chopped into small cubes
  • Beans – 6 chopped into small cubes
  • Potato – 1 peeled and chopped into small cubes
  • Cauliflower – 1 cup chopped into small cubes
  • Inexperienced Chillies – 2 slit
  • Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder / Malli Podi – 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi – 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder / Jeera Podi – 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder – 2 tsp
  • Salt to style
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
