Make Vegetable Samosa Recipe

  1. Warmth oil in a kadai. Add in onions, ginger garlic paste and saute until golden brown. 
  2. Add in spice powders and blend nicely.
  3. Add in Grated carrots and blend nicely. Sprinkle in salt, tomato ketchup and blend nicely.
  4. Add in boiled potatoes and blend nicely.
  5. Take a samosa sheet, spoon within the filling. Fold it like a samosa. While you come to the top apply a paste of flour and form like samosa.
  6. Fry until crispy.
  7. Drain and serve.
