The 2, a musician and an actor, had been arrested in June after a 17-year-old British lady reported an alleged rape at a lodge in Sant Elm (Andratx).

She had met the boys at a restaurant on June 25. They went to the seashore, the place she says they started to get intimate, after which to the boys’s lodge. She advised the Guardia Civil that they compelled her to have intercourse, after which they made her bathe in an effort to get rid of any hint of bodily fluid. Having made the report back to the Guardia Civil, she and her household left Mallorca.

After they appeared in courtroom, they refused to testify, as was their proper. The courtroom launched them with out bail however withdrew their passports.
