Russian President Vladimir Putin is prone to announce the accession of occupied areas of Ukraine to the Russian Federation throughout his tackle to parliament on September 30, the British Ministry of Defence stated on Tuesday.
The referendums at the moment underway inside these territories are scheduled to conclude on Tuesday, the Defence Ministry stated in its each day briefing on Twitter.
