Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): A 13-year-old woman was raped when she was heading to teaching class. She was raped twice however within the third try, she raised alarm and the accused was arrested by Bairagarh police.
Based on police station incharge DP Singh, the woman and accused Bhupendra Shivhare dwell in the identical locality and know one another properly. Bhupendra is a carpenter and a married man.
On March 1, 2022, when the woman was going for teaching, he sought her assist. The woman went to his home the place he raped her. He threatened her with dire penalties if she revealed it to a different individual. He raped her once more.
For the third time on Friday night, he referred to as the woman once more and tried to commit the crime however the woman raised the alarm and other people gathered on the home. The woman narrated her ordeal to relations.
The household approached the police and filed the criticism. The police have registered the case beneath Part 376-2-(N) POCSO Act, arrested the accused and despatched him to jail.
