CA Dem Says Republicans ‘Not Educated,’ ‘Inclined to Conspiracy’


California Democrat Jay Chen, who’s working for U.S. Congress in opposition to Rep. Michelle Metal (R-CA), bashed Republican voters, calling them “not educated” and “vulnerable to conspiracy theories.”
