‘I did not wish to die,’ accuser testifies at Victor Pena kidnapping and rape trial


BOSTON – The girl who stated she was kidnapped and raped by Victor Pena after leaving a Boston bar in 2019 took the stand at his trial Wednesday.

The girl was 23 years previous in January 2019 when she went lacking after leaving Hennessy’s bar close to Quincy Market.
