  • Take kalkandu in a mixer and powder it finely.Put aside until use.
  • Take uncooked rice in a bowl and wash it nicely. Drain the water and take the rice in stress cooker. Add milk to it, cook dinner this for five whistle, simmer the flame and cook dinner for 10 minutes. Now flip off the warmth and let the stress go all by itself. Open the stress cooker and blend the rice with a spoon.
