A day after a Jharkhand Congress MLA alleged that Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma is making an attempt to topple the federal government within the state, the BJP has hit again calling the allegations “baseless”. 

Congress MLA from Jharkhand’s Bermo, Kumar Jaimangal, has lodged a police criticism in opposition to the three Congress MLAs arrested in West Bengal’s Howrah with an enormous amount of money for allegedly luring different MLAs by providing Rs 10 crore every and a ministerial berth if the BJP kinds authorities within the state.

He alleged that the trio had referred to as him to Kolkata to take him to Guwahati and meet Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma in Guwahati together with them the place he would have been promised a ministerial berth and money value crores after bringing down the JMM-Congress authorities within the tribal-dominated state.

The Assam Chief Minister “is doing it with the blessings of high pictures of BJP political celebration sitting in Delhi,” his letter mentioned.

Mr Sarma has responded saying the FIR filed by Mr Jaimangal is akin to the Congress asking Ottavio Quattrocchi to file a case in opposition to Bofors. Italian businessman Ottavio Quattrocchi was on the centre of the multi-million greenback Bofors rip-off which scalded the political careers of many Indian leaders together with its youngest Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi.

The Assam Chief Minister retweeted a tweet by the state minister and his shut aide Pijush Hazarika who posted footage of the Jharkhand Congress MLA assembly union minister Pralhad Joshi with the Assam Chief Minister additionally current. Mr Hazarika claimed that the Chief Minister had taken the MLA to satisfy Mr Joshi 5 days earlier than the FIR to assist him with a commerce union associated matter. The family of MLA Irfan Ansari have rebutted allegations that the BJP is making an attempt to destabilise the JMM-Congress coalition authorities in Jharkhand, saying, “the federal government can’t be introduced down with only a meagre sum of Rs 40-50 lakh.”
