Massachusetts, New Hampshire lead ‘baby well-being’ rankings


BOSTON – Massachusetts and New Hampshire are first and second in an annual rating of how effectively children are doing. 

“This 12 months, New England states maintain the highest two spots for general baby well-being,” the Annie E. Casey Basis says.
