The lady, Bhavya Rai, was arrested after the police registered a primary data report on the premise of the safety guard’s grievance, stated Further Commissioner of Police (headquarters) Bharti Singh.

The guard of the Jaypee Wishtown residential complicated advised NDTV that the lady acquired offended after there was a delay in opening the gates to let her automobile in. An unidentified police official advised the information channel that the lady was apparently drunk.

Ankit Kuchhal, the secretary of the society, stated Rai is an advocate and has rented a flat.
“Now we have contacted the proprietor of her flat and obligatory actions by the society shall be taken,” Kuchhal added.
The FIR has been filed beneath varied Indian Penal Code sections, together with 153A (acts prejudicial to concord), 323 (voluntarily inflicting damage), 504 (intentional insult to impress breach of public peace) and 506 (prison intimidation), the police stated.
