Rescuers scramble to trace Beluga whale in France’s Seine

PARIS — French authorities are monitoring a Beluga whale that strayed removed from its Artic habitat into the Seine River, elevating fears that the ethereal white mammal may starve if it stays within the waterway that flows by means of Paris and past.
