I’m ending my diwali posts with this ladoo..This can be a wholesome ladoos which is made with urad dal flour and karupatti. Since this has no sugar and karupatti is the sweetener it’s actually wholesome. You may skip karupattai and add jaggery as effectively. - Urad Dal Flour – 1 cup
- Karupatti / Palm Sugar – ½ cup grated (U can use Jaggery / Gur)
- Ghee – 3 tbsp
- Cashew nuts – 2 tbsp chopped finely
- Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
The best way to Make Urad Dal Ladoo
- Take karupatti in a sauce pan and add simply 2 tbsp of water. Combine effectively.
- Warmth on a low warmth until it’s heat and the karupatti is melted. Pressure it and put aside.
- Now warmth 3 tbsp of ghee in a kadai. Add in cashews and fry until golden. Take away and put aside.
- Within the remaining ghee add the flour and fry on low warmth for five to 7 minutes until the uncooked odor leaves from it..
- Now take away it from warmth and add in cardamom powder.
- Add within the strained syrup to the flour and blend effectively. Add syrup until the combination turns little moist sufficient to kind ladoos.
- Add in cashews and blend effectively.
- Now let it cool a bit and take a wholesome portion from it. Form it into tight ladoos.
- Serve.
