For Roasting & Grinding:
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Fennel Seeds / Sombu / Saunf – 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon Stick – 3 cm stick
- Cardamom Pods / Yelakai – 5
- Cloves / Krambu – 5
- Shallots / Sambar Onion – 15
- Ginger – 4 cm piece
- Garlic – 6 to eight fats cloves
- Recent Coconut – 1.5 cup grated
